Section 94(1) in Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (Employees Service) Regulations, 2015
(1)Without prejudice to the provisions of Regulation 93, no employee of the Authority may be deputed to serve under any other employer without the approval of the Chairperson who shall determine the duration of such deputation and the terms and conditions on which the deputation shall take effect;Provided that no employee may be deputed to foreign service against his will.
