Section 29(1) in Maharaja Bhupinder Singh Punjab Sports University Act, 2019
(1)The annual report of the University shall be prepared under the directions of Executive Council, which shall include, among other matters, the steps taken by the University towards the fulfillment of its objects and shall be submitted to the Governing Body on or before such date as may be prescribed by the Statutes and the Governing Body shall consider the report in its annual meeting.
