29. Annual report.
(1)The annual report of the University shall be prepared under the directions of Executive Council, which shall include, among other matters, the steps taken by the University towards the fulfillment of its objects and shall be submitted to the Governing Body on or before such date as may be prescribed by the Statutes and the Governing Body shall consider the report in its annual meeting.(2)The Governing Body shall submit the annual report to the Government along with its comments, if any.(3)The Government shall, as soon as may be, cause a copy of the annual report to be laid before the Legislative Assembly of the State.
