25. Finance Committee.
(1)The Finance Committee shall consist of the following members, namely :-(i)The Vice-Chancellor,(ii)The Registrar,(iii)The Finance and Accounts Officer,(iv)One member of the Executive Council, to be nominated by it,(v)One member, to be nominated by the State Government.(2)The term of members other than the ex-officio members shall be of three years.(3)A member nominated by the Executive Council shall cease to be a member of the Finance Committee, if he ceases to be a member of the Executive Council.
