Section 15(1) in Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act (Kerala) Rules, 2014
(1)As soon as may be after the public hearing, the Social Impact Assessment unit shall seek the remarks of the Requiring Body on the views or objections raised by the affected families or by any other person at the public hearing or received by it in writing.
