16. Registration of application by the Verification Committee.
(1)Verification Committee shall register the applications for verification received from Applicant or Non-Applicant in a register as prescribe in the FORM-5D.(2)Verification Committee shall send receipt in FORM- 3D to the Applicant or Non-Applicant, as the case may be, within 7 days of the receipt of application.
