(xvi)Emergency supply in Captive Power Plants (CPP) - This category refers to supply for emergency assistance to the Captive Power Plants in the State for start up of the unit or to meet their essential auxiliary and survival requirements in the event of the failure of the CPP. Such emergency assistance shall normally be limited to 25% of the rated capacity of the largest unit in the CPP.
