Section 1 in Karnataka Co-Operative Textile Mills (Acquisition and Transfer) Act, 1986
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Karnataka Co-operative Textile Mills (Acquisition and Transfer) Act, 1986.(2)It shall come into force on such [date] [Notification bringing the Act into force is not available] as the Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint, and different dates may be appointed for different provisions of this Act.
