Section 12(2) in The U.P. Cold Storage Order, 1972
(2)Every holder of a licence shall be bound to furnish the information so required to the Licensing Officer or such other officer and afford all necessary facilities to the Licensing Officer or the officer for the purpose of exercising his powers under sub-clause (1).
