Section 1A(a) in Punjab Intoxicants Licence and Sales Orders, 1956
(a)any person under a licence granted under -(i)The Punjab Supply and Sale of Bhang Rules, 1955;(ii)The Punjab Manufactured Drug Rules, 1959;(iii)The Medicinal and Toilet preparation (Excise Duties) Act, 1955;(iv)any other law for the time being in force.
