(1)The State Government may prescribe uniform, insignia and accoutrements for police officers or class of police officers as the case may be.(2)The Director General of Police may, from time to time, issue directions for wearing of uniforms and carrying of insignia and accoutrements.Chapter-VI Special Provisions of Policing
