Section 1 in The Rajasthan Education Department (Primary and Secondary Teachers) Benevolent Fund Rules, 1975
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)These rules may be called the Rajasthan Education Department (Primary and Secondary [Education] [Substituted by G.S.R. 54, dated 23-6-1979; Published in Rajasthan Gazette Part 4-C(I), dated 19-7-79]) Benevolent Fund Rules, 1975.(2)They shall come into force with immediate effect.
