Section 64 in The Global Open University (Nagaland) Act, 2006
64. Protection of acts.
- No suit prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against and no damages shall be claimed from the officers, Councils Committees, Boards, Employees and other authorities of the University in respect of anything done or purported to have been done in good faith in pursuance of this Act or any regulation made thereunder.
