Section 10(2) in The Orissa Veterinary Practitioners Act, 1969
(2)Any member, other than the President, may, at any time, resign his office by writing under his hand addressed to-(a)the State Government, in case he happens to be a nominated member; or(b)the President, in case he happens to be an elected member, and a resignation so tendered shall take effect from the date it is received by the State Government or, as the case may be, the President.
