Section 64(1) in The Punjab Scheduled Castes Land Development & Finance Corporation (Staff) Regulations, 1971
(1)During the full period of his service an employee may be granted special leave, on private affairs, for a period not exceeding 12 months and sick leave, on medical certificate for a period not exceeding eighteen months, and the Board may grant additional sick leave if considered advisable in the Corporation's interests, in special cases. Special or sick leave may not be availed of if ordinary leave is admissible.
