Section 8 in Goa State Higher Education Council Act, 2018
8. The Executive Director.
(1)The Government shall appoint the Executive Director who shall be the Member Secretary of the Council and he be responsible for coordination and the functioning of the Council;(2)The Executive Director shall exercise such other powers and perform such other functions as may be prescribed.
