Section 2(iii) in The Karanj Seeds Grading and Marking Rules, 2009
(iii)"certificate of authorization" means a certificate issued under the provisions of the General Grading and Marking Rules, 1988 authorizing a person or a body of persons to grade and mark Karanj seeds with the grade designation mark;
