Section 116(ii) in Cuttack Development Authority (Planning and Building Standards) Regulations, 2001
(ii)Community Facility - Over and above the open space stated above, area shall be left for community facilities such as education, health, recreation and other utilities. This will be in proportionate to the size of the population to be accommodated ultimately and be provided as per the rate prescribed in Table-4 and Table-14.
