(2)After the Grama Sasan records its approval under Sub-rule (1), the Sarpanch shall records a certificate on the body of the annual accounts or the utilisation certificate, as the case may be, to the effect that such account or certificates have been approved by the Grama Sasan and then submit the same to the District Panchayat Officer by the 31st May every year.
