(12)The shunting jamadar. - (a) Every locomotive or wagon in motion in a factory shall be in charge of a properly trained jamadar.(b)Before authorising a locomotive or wagon to be moved, the shunting jamadar shall satisfy himself that no person is under or in between or in front of the locomotive or wagon.
