Section 210(2)(b) in Chhattisgarh Building and Other Construction Workers' (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2008

(b)disables stich building worker from work for more than ten days following the accident, shall also be sent to : -

(i)the officer incharge of the nearest police station ;

(ii)The District Magistrate or if the District Magistrate by order so desires to the Sub-Divisional Magistrate.
