Section 210(2) in Chhattisgarh Building and Other Construction Workers' (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2008
(2)Notice of any accident at a construction site of a building or other construction work which : -(a)causes loss of life; or(b)disables stich building worker from work for more than ten days following the accident, shall also be sent to : -(i)the officer incharge of the nearest police station ;(ii)The District Magistrate or if the District Magistrate by order so desires to the Sub-Divisional Magistrate.
