Section 44(9) in The Sikh Gurdwaras Committee Election Rules, 1959
(9)After the result sheet has been signed by presiding officer, the ballot-papers shall be kept in a separate packet which shall be sealed and on which shall be recorded the following particulars, namely :-(a)the name of the constituency;(b)the particulars of the polling station where the ballot-box(es) was/were used;(c)the names of the candidates; and(d)the date of the poll.
