7L. Control over Government employees.
(1)The Gram Sabha shall have the power to withhold salary, sanction leave, inspect and supervise the work of a Government employee whose area of jurisdiction lies within the limits of Gram Sabha area.(2)Gram Sabha shall have the power to recommend to the competent authority imposition of penalties in respect of a Government employee referred to in sub-section (1) for misconduct and negligence of duties.
