Section 18(3) in The Himachal Pradesh Police Act, 2007
(3)The Academy, College and Schools established under subsection (1) shall include faculty from amongst the Police and related services as well as from academic institutions, as may be prescribed, and the Director of the Academy shall present an Annual Report on behalf of all the Training institutions to the State Police Board.
