20. Delegation of authority for tribal areas :
(1)The Commissioner Tribal Welfare shall be the authority to make suitable additional arrangements for proper implementation of the scheme in tribal areas.(2)The directions issued by the Commissioner Tribal Welfare shall be followed by all the Implementing Authorities in the tribal areas.Part - VII Social Audit
