Section 41A in West Bengal Co-operative Societies Act, 2006
41A. [ Participation etc. in management of Co-operative Society.- (1) The members of a Co-operative Society shall participate in the management of the Co-operative Society by attending at least such number of meetings of the Co-operative Society as may be prescribed and utilize the minimum level of service.
