ORAL M/36/2017 The India Institute of Planning & Management V/s Km. Sana Gulnar 21-02-2017 Sri R P Awasthi, learned Counsel for the applicant/appellant appeared.
Present application has been moved by learned Counsel on behalf of appellant in Appeal No. 584 of 2015 The India Institute of Planning & Management V/s Km. Sana Gulnar for refund of Rs.25,000/- deposited by appellant under Section-15 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 in this appeal.
Copy of judgment and order dated 04-01-2017 passed by the bench of this State Commission in said appeal has been annexed with the application. It shows that appeal has been allowed, the impugned judgment and order passed by District Consumer Forum has been set aside and the case has been remanded back to District Consumer Forum.
In view of above, the above amount deposited in the above appeal under Section-15 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 shall be refunded to the appellant alongwith interest, if any, accrued in accordance with rules.
Application is disposed of accordingly.
