Section 63(1) in Tamil Nadu Combined Development and Building Rules, 2019
(1)Rain Water Harvesting.- Effective measures shall be taken within each premises for conservation of rainwater, and rainwater-harvesting structures shall be provided as prescribed in Annexure - XXII of this Rule.
