For the reasons mentioned in the interlocutory applications, we are satisfied that the appellants have shown sufficient cause to seek condonation of delay in filing the present Letters Patent Appeals.
Consequently, Interlocutory Applications are allowed and delay in filing the Letters Patent Appeal is condoned.

No. 10 of 2016 (Gausia Primary Agriculture Credit Society Vs. The State of Bihar and Ors.) decided on 22nd of November, 2016, the Corporation of the State cannot be directed to accept the paddy and/or Custom Milled Rice after the cut-off date.
Let the notice be served upon the writ applicants under ordinary process as well as registered post with A/D. Rule is made returnable within two months.
