Section 37(1) in Faridabad Complex Administration Building Rules, 1989
(1)A mezzanine floor or internal balcony shall not be permitted unless the height of the room is at least 5.0 metres and such mezzanine floor or balcony do not cover more than 1/3rd of the room area.
