Section 3(vi) in "Sports Authority" (Procedure for Allotment of Sports Stadia for Sporting and Non-Sporting Activities) Rules, 2006
(vi)The Sports Authority of Andhra Pradesh shall always maintain the Stadia, in good condition, from the revenue so generated from Sporting and Non-Sporting Events. The procurement of Sports material towards Pay & Play Scheme shall also be met from this revenue;
