Section 40(1) in The State Of Himachal Pradesh Act, 1970
(1)On and from the appointed day, there shall be constituted for the State of Himachal Pradesh the following Services, namely:---(a)the Himachal Pradesh Administrative Service: and(b)the Himachal Pradesh Police Service.
