(2)The sanctioned seats in First Year Class/First semester may be increased up to 10 per cent to accommodate repeaters in any particular course. Fresh admission shall be restricted to such extent as shall accommodate those repeaters who seek admission and are eligible for the purpose :Provided that the Director, may order such increase of seats as may be found necessary to regularise any admission and intimation thereof shall be sent to the Board within a week.
