(4)The Research and Development work being carried out in Colleges or Polytechnics or Institutions which have been admitted to the privileges of the Vishwavidyalaya shall be co-ordinated and integrated into the activities of the Vishwavidyalaya with effect from such date or dates as may be fixed by the mutual consent of the Vishwavidyalaya and concerned Colleges or Polytechnics or Institutions.
