Section 3(3) in Telangana Vaidya Vidhana Parishad Act, 1986
(3)The Commissionerate shall consist of(a)The Commissioner, who shall be a reputed member of the medical profession with proven administrative ability appointed by the Government;(b)a Governing Council; and(c)such other employees as may be determined by the Governing Council.
