Section 21(1) in The Rajasthan Khadi and Village Industries Board Act, 1955
(1)The pay and other conditions of service of the Secretary to the Board [and the financial Adviser thereto] [Inserted by Rajasthan 26 of 1964.] shall be such as may be fixed by the State Government.
