Section 21 in The Rajasthan Khadi and Village Industries Board Act, 1955
21. Pay and conditions of Service of the Secretary and other officers and servants.
(1)The pay and other conditions of service of the Secretary to the Board [and the financial Adviser thereto] [Inserted by Rajasthan 26 of 1964.] shall be such as may be fixed by the State Government.(2)The pay and other conditions of service of other officers and servants of the Board shall be such, as may be determined by the Board regulations.
