Section 11(2) in West Bengal Shops and Establishments Rules, 1964
(2)A copy of the notice and all changes in such notice shall be sent immediately(a)where the shop or establishment concerned is situated in any area within Calcutta, to the Chief Inspector, and(b)Where it is situated in any other area, to the Inspector having jurisdiction over such other area.
