Section 892(1) in Rules under the United Provinces Excise Act, 1910
(1)He shall keep the book in some part of his licensed premises, ready at all times, for the inspection of the Collector, the officer-in-charge or any other officer of the Excise Department, and shall permit any such officer who is authorised to inspect the brewery, at any time to inspect the same and take extracts therefrom.
