Section 27(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2014
(1)The Chairperson and/or a Member of the Committee shall be disqualified, if he/she-(a)fails to attend the proceedings of the committee for three consecutive months without any valid reason ;(b)fails to attend a minimum of three-fourths of the sittings of the committee in a quarter.
