38. Annual review of cadre society.
(1)Each cadre society shall submit an annual review of its working and of its member societies, to the Registrar, within six months of the close of co-operative year, as may be prescribed, in the form specified by the Registrar.(2)The Registrar may issue such directions as he considers necessary for the efficient conduct of the business of cadre society or its member societies.
