Section 2(39) in Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Tariff) Regulations, 2009
(39)"Nodal agency" means Rajasthan Renewable Energy Corporation Limited (RREC) or any other agency designated by Government of Rajasthan for promotion of electricity generation from renewable energy sources.
