Section 1 in The Rajasthan Money-Lenders Act, 1963
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Rajasthan Money-lenders Act, 1963.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Rajasthan.(3)It shall come into force on such date[ as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint in this behalf.] [Brought into force with effect from 1st October, 1965 vide notification Published in R.G.Gazette part 4-C (Extra), dated 1-9-1965.]
