18. Agreement to be executed by subscriber.
- Every employee on becoming a subscriber shall furnish a declaration in the following form :-"I hereby declare that I have read and understood the Punjab State Warehousing Corporation Employees' Provident Fund Regulations and agree to be bound by the said Regulations.Witness.......................Signature in full..............Date.................................
