Section 3(12) in Andhra Pradesh Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Rules, 2010
(12)[ 'Elementary School' means a school that imparts education between first and eighth class either exclusively or in addition to education in other classes, and includes a High School or any other school by whatever name, in so far as the elementary education imparted by it.] [Substituted by Notification No. G.O.Ms. 41, dated 19.6.2013 (w.e.f. 3.3.2011).]
