Section 64(e) in University of Udaipur Officers (Conditions of Service) Rules, 1976
(e)On appointment or transfer to a new post while in transit, joining (journey) time begins on the day following the day of the receipt of orders but a second period of six days for preparation shall not be allowed in such cases.
