(5)Use of, or appeal to, religious and national symbols. - The systematic appeal to vote or refrain from voting on grounds of caste, race, community or religion or the use, or appeal to religious and national symbols, such as the national flag and the national emblem, for furtherance of the prospects of a candidate's election.
