(2)No candidate shall be presented for the Final Secretary Technical Certificate Examination unless he has put in at least 75 per cent attendance;Provided that the Principal on being satisfied that the candidate. remained absent due to illness or could not attend the classes for reasons completely beyond his control, may condone the shortage in attendance up to five per cent.
