(xxiv)to establish University Main Campus' and Headquarters in the State of Manipur, and to establish, recognize or to have or to maintain campuses, training centers, regional centers, academic centers, research centers, skill development centers, vocational training centers, colleges, study centers, learning centers, institutions, colleges, schools, Off-Campus centers, research stations, extension centers, finishing schools either direct/indirect/virtual/affiliated mode anywhere in the State of Manipur and elsewhere in India or abroad as it may deem fit:
